Madrid – Issue No. 124 of OLIVÆ, the official journal of the International Olive Council has now been published. This issue focuses entirely on the olive sector in Tunisia. It presents us with an overview of one of the most entrepreneurial olive sectors in the Mediterranean. The OLIVÆ journal is published on the website of the IOC in the Organization’s five languages (Arabic, English, French, Italian and Spanish) and is on free access. Readers will find excellent insights on subjects ranging from the history of olive growing in Tunisia to the most modern harvesting and processing techniques. The readers will find the first four language versions of the journal – in English, French, Italian and Spanish – on the website of the IOC. The version in Arabic will follow shortly.
