The IOC is joining an initiative launched by the Associazione Pandolea – Donne dell’olio, an Italian association of female olive oil producers and other women involved in olive oil, to publish olive-oil-based recipes on the site of the project known as WE-Women for Expo.
WE-Women for Expo is one of the projects of the upcoming Universal Exposition in Milan (Expo 2015) focused on the theme of Feeding the Planet, Energy for Life. The initiatives of this worldwide network of women for feeding the planet include collecting and sharing recipes among women across the globe.
Send us your best recipes with olive oil to oliverecipe@internationaloliveoil.org by 31 December! We’ll pass them on to the Association for publication on the WE-Women for Expo website at http://www.we.expo2015.org/en/ingredients-for-life.
