We would like to wish you a happy holiday with this photo of snow-covered olive trees. It is normal that it snows in December and this landscape, almost lunar, expresses fascination and increases our curiosity for these trees.
UNESCO, which approved the declaration of the IOC’s World Olive Day, https://www.internationaloliveoil.org/olive-world/world-day-of-the-olive-tree/ , emphasises that “the protection of this tree must be encouraged and that the countries that have signed the World Agreement on Olive Oil and Table Olives should promote the values of peace, brotherhood and harmony that this tree symbolises”.
