Madrid A powerful earthquake struck Albania in the early hours of the second day of the 110th session of the Council of Members. Mr Abdellatif Ghedira, the Executive Director, spoke on behalf of the Executive Secretariat in expressing his solidarity with the people of Albania, saying his thoughts are with those affected at this difficult time.
