The International Olive Council (IOC) is pleased to announce the availability of four scholarships for the Master’s Degree in Olive Growing and Olive Oil Technology, a prestigious programme designed to train the next generation of experts in olive cultivation and olive oil production.
Organised in collaboration with the University of Córdoba (Spain) and other leading institutions, this two-year programme provides a comprehensive education in olive production, processing and economics, along with a strong research component. The course is delivered entirely in Spanish, and successful graduates will be well-equipped to take on key roles in the olive sector.
The IOC scholarship will cover tuition fees, travel expenses and a monthly stipend, enabling students to fully dedicate themselves to their studies. These scholarships are available exclusively to nationals of IOC member countries, and selection will be based on academic qualifications, relevant experience and motivation.
The application deadline is 15 April 2025.
Interested applicants are required to submit their individual applications online through the Master’s website and by filling in this form.
