The International Olive Council (IOC) is proud to celebrate the 25th edition of the Mario Solinas Quality Award, a prestigious non-profit competition that honours excellence in extra virgin olive oils (EVOO) from around the world.
The deadline for submitting samples from Northern Hemisphere EVOOs has been extended to Friday, 28 February 2025.
Since the 2000/01 crop year, the IOC has recognised extra virgin olive oils with outstanding organoleptic characteristics, reinforcing its commitment to quality and excellence. This initiative encourages producers, associations, and packers to maintain superior standards while also educating consumers about high-quality, well-balanced EVOOs.
Interested participants must submit their samples and required documentation to the IOC headquarters no later than 28 February.
