The June 2021 issue of the newsletter is now available. In addition to trends in the prices of olive oil and table olives on the main world markets, this issue contains a detailed account of the activities carried out by the Executive Secretariat over the last seven months.
It is a timely publication that shows a commitment that has remained steadfast throughout the restrictions imposed by the pandemic. Also of note are the new headings on the website, including Standards and Prices, a new section on Contracts, Grants and Vacancies, and a box dedicated to the 2021 Agenda, which is always updated and can be consulted at any time. The link to the Culinary Institute of America website also now appears at the top and bottom of the IOC homepage. We will give you more details about this in the next newsletter.
